CHICKEN SHAWARMA PITA & Classic Garlic Toum

(In just minutes)

What You Need:
  • 1 pack Easy Street Shawarma Chicken
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or Mayo (shortcut base)
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion (optional)
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 5 Pitas

How to Make It:
  • Drop the chicken in a hot pan. Do not stir for 3 minutes. Let it develop a dark, “street-food” crust. Flip and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and crispy on the edges (165°F internal temp).
  • Whisk the yogurt/mayo with the minced garlic and lemon.
  • Warm the pita on a hot skillet, let it char just a little bit for that crispy crust.
  • Stuff warmed pita with chicken, top with a large dollop of the Garlic Toum and some fresh onion.

🔥 Pro Move: Don’t be afraid of the sear! Shawarma is best when the seared flavor complements the warm dry-rub spices.

CHICKEN COUSCOUS BOWL

with Avocado & Tzatziki

What You Need:
  • 1 pack Easy Street Street Shawarma
  • 1 cup dry Moroccan Couscous
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • ½ English cucumber, diced
  • Pickled red onions
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and lemon juice

How to Make It:
  • Boil 1 cup of water (or chicken broth for more flavor) with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. As soon as it boils, remove from heat, stir in 1 cup of dry couscous, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, sear the chicken in a hot pan for 5–7 minutes until golden and caramelized (165°F internal temp).
  • Scoop a generous base of fork-fluffed couscous into the bowls.
  • Add a pile of the Easy Street chicken on top.
  • Arrange the avocado slices, diced cucumbers, and pickled onions in sections around the chicken.
  • Top with a massive dollop of tzatziki and a shower of fresh cilantro.

🔥 Pro Move: Add a pinch of lemon zest when you fluff the couscous. It adds a richness that pairs perfectly with the acidic pickled onions.
